Equipment Introduction

The YK vibrating screen, also called vibratory screen, is widely used to separate materials into various size for further processing. The vibrating screen is also used as a supporting machine in the stone crushing plant, or for end use, of course, that depends on client's needs.

The material is separated by passing it through a vibrating "screen box" which has a number of different sized screens, or meshes, which the material falls through like a sieve, the material falls onto attached conveyors which stock pile the end products. When the eccentric vibrating screen works, the eccentric shaft rotates constantly. The screen is rising when the eccentric arm moves up, the materials on the screen being thrown around and loose. The screen is falling when the eccentric arm moves down, the thrown materials falling down to the screen. After repeated toss, the materials meeting a criterion can go through the screen, and the materials falling short discharge the screen by the end of the screen. So achieve the aim to screen the materials according to the different size of materials.
